- For a quintessential Valencian drinking experience make your way down to the Plaza Tossal in the Old Quarter, where you'll find this popular cafe/bar. Grab a seat outside for a relatively civilized cerveza or head indoors where locals and language students, usually from the Don Quixote school, will invariably knocking back jug upon jug of 'Agua de Valencia'.
