Pozytywka is a decently decorated, colorful deathtrap of a nightclub. It has one of the few dancefloors in Kazimierz - actually it has two, each almost ten square metres. There are cheap beers to be had and you can shake ur moneymaker to uninspired mixes in cramped quarters.

Pozytywka has theme parties such as "Dirty Disco Funky Vibes" (which I'm sure sounds pretty funny said with a Polish accent), periodically hosts art and photo exhibits, and is an officail venue for the Tolerance Festival.

However, inasmuch as lack of ventilation and clouds of sweat-steam and second-hand smoke can encourage appreciation of the colorful little labyrinth that is the piwnica (basement), just standing anywhere in Pozytywka on a Friday or Saturday night will guarantee a painful hangover the next day even if you haven't had a drink.

Pozytywka is where you go if you have murder in your eyes and want your friend or date to pass out in minutes or fall down its stupid narrow winding metal stairs. glhf
