About Bristo

Bristo is a separated room on the first floor of Melon shopping center.
The main article in Bristo is sandwich, something like Subway - you choose the bread, meat, cheese, sauce and salad. The lenght of the sandwich is 30cm (3,77EUR) or 15cm (2,17EUR). I think the price is quite saucy!!! Not to mention that - across the street there is a Hesburger fast food restaurant, where you can get a burger, fries and a drink for that price! And I don't find sandwiches so different from burgers actually.
You can also have a lunch set (combination of sandwich + 2 of the following: soup/juice/cookie/potato with filling)
Bristo is a place where you get your food fast and on-the-go, if you prefer. The ingredients are fresh and most of the stuff is made while you're there.
One thing I really fell for in Bristo last summer is their smoothie. I worked in old town and the days were really hot, so I prefered drinking to eating, but I had to eat :P so I took a big Light Morning smoothie (fresh fruit (peeled while I was waiting! so fresh! Yummy n_n) & oat flakes) and went back to work, and I could have a sip every now and then to keep me going :) and it was healthy, too!
Overall I think Bristo is a good place when you're in a hurry, it happens to be on the way and you don't have time to wait or sit down and eat properly (poor person 'pat'). The prices are quite OK if you choose to have some of their combinations, but to get tummy full, you'll need more than just a sandwich.
