Could this possibly be the most idiotic bar in Krakow? I'm not sure there is a general consensus just yet, but I have a feeling most will eventually agree that Sempre is in fact the ugliest and most ridiculous waste of space in Krakow. Even the dirtiest student club in the outskirts of Krakow with bald men in tracksuits and bimbos wearing pointy white boots has more personality than this bland cafe and restaurant. An incomprehensible circus of styles, the thought put into Sempre's decor must not have exceeded the firing of a couple neurons. The so-called interior design of Sempre includes gray wicker patio furniture, chairs seemingly inspired by 70s airport lounges, small cheap paintings from Florianska Gate, handmade kitsch candles probably made at school by the owner's preteen daughter, copper lamps, pseudo-antique chaises, and bronze angels and violins. Perhaps this is just a massively failed attempted at the jumbled antique bohemia in such bars as Mleczarnia or Alchemia? Only someone with much too much money on their hands and a desperate desire to get rid of it would sink that much cash with so little thought into such a beautiful space. One does wonder who would actually enjoy coming to Sempre - the answer must be absolutely no one, or else I must come to terms with being completely out of touch with human nature.
At least they bought a good coffee machine - thankfully even ineptitude at this level can't screw up making coffee by pressing a button.
