- Had to use all my Slinkster charm to blag my way into this place, seemingly Hong Kong’s most famous nightspot. It was worth the effort. Drop is a real clubbers’ club. The door control, small size of the venue and the music policy won’t be understood by many (ironically the same ones who are furious they are being kept out), but that’s what makes it special to the clique who party here every weekend. Drop is not a place for posing, getting drunk or pulling. It’s a place for dance music lovers of Hong Kong to get dressed up and go wild and leave in a sweaty mess in the morning.
