About Indalo Gallery and Cafe
On offer is a good selection of teas and coffees, but if you are after something a little stronger alcoholic drinks are also available, including a reasonable range of bottled beers, both Polish and foreign brands. To accompany your drink there is offered sweet and savoury snacks, though the selection is limited. Prices are very agreeable, 5zł for a coffee, beers between 6 and 8zł, also bottles of wine are keenly priced. For those who’s Polish is a little bit rusty the menu is also presented in English.
As I sit back, relax and sip my beer, it is difficult to stop my eyes drifting around the room trying to take in all the decorations. I spot an interesting teapot on the shelf above the bar, the burgundy material that drapes down from the ceiling suggesting Arabia, the tables where now beverages rest but once would have been the platform for sewing machines, the naked hat-stand next to an old piano; it is certainly a feast for the eyes.
If you are looking for somewhere central yet quiet to catch-up with an old friend or just to occupy a corner with a good book for a few hours, then maybe Indalo is the place for you.

Great review - got a picture by any chance? I just have to see 'soft, multicoloured' lighting that doesn't do my head in!
