A bonkers theme restaurant, based on a silly old idea that if you deprive a man of one of his senses the other's become heightened. ie Beethoven was deaf, so was a great musician. Doe the same stretch to food? Well, slip on your night-vision goggles and slink down to Nocti Vagus, the pitch-black restaurant with blind waiters where hopefully the lack of visual clues will make your food all the tastier. Expect your meal to be accompanied by 'dark theatre', live music or possibly even erotic poetry readings. Endless possibilities for cheap amusement assured: "Darling, you are looking particularly gorgeous tonight", "Your meal looks delicious", "Could I have the wine list, please?". Enough said?
