Cafe Del Mar
- Watching the sunset from Café Del Mar has long been regarded as the quintessential Ibizan experience – even more than sinking five jars of sangria and shagging your holiday rep on San Antonio beach. Some of the spirituality has no doubt dissipated since 1978, and the prices of a cocktail today will certainly see off any hippies from the premises; but nonetheless the view coupled with the famously chilled out tunes still makes a strong impression. Afterwards you should still have time for a quick siesta before heading off to Pacha.
