Supermarket is a bar, restaurant, lounge, club, and live venue rolled into one Kensington-Market-hipster-friendly joint. The front room is spacious and serves a wide variety of delicious pan-Asian food. There's plenty of tasty drinks and beers to choose from too - the perfect match to a nice bowl of edamame!
There's also a small patio up front, and a quite large performance/club area at the back. Supermarket has a packed schedule of concerts, performances, and DJ nights focusing on indie music (although the more accessible kinds of indie).
A great all-in-one destination worth checking out, and conveniently located in the heart of alternative Kensington Market.
