There's a brilliant faded grandeur to this perenially popular student hangout on the infamous Pasaz Niepolda, with its aristocratic high ceilings, mock renaissance pillars and increasingly tattered crimson holstery - all clouded in smoke and the cloying stench of stale beer. Many a fantastic night has been had here, whether watching the footie, enjoying eclectic live acts or raving it up at the regular disco, to synth-heavy electro pop and rock. Infuriatingly Bezsennosc could be a lot better. Whilst the tunes are top-notch they're the same pretty much every night, insulting all but escaped baboons from the local zoo (...although curiously the loyal crowd don't seem to mind at all). Plus finding a girl on the dance floor is like searching for a priest in a gay pride march. Somehow I managed;)
