This is Ljubljana's one and only micro-brewery! (Beer diversity is a bit of a problem in Slovenia...) They have concocted a fine Bohemian-style pale lager, as well as superb wheat and dark beers... The wheat in particular tickled me fancy and lathered on a thick sweet haze of semi drunkenness… I think I had one too few. Besides the brews, they also have a decent and diverse food menu, not just beer munchies. Well-prepared meat, pasta and veggie options, plus soups, salads and desserts will all help keep you afloat for another round.
