After trudging up 4 flights of stairs you open the door and the first thing you encounter is a Disco ball dangling from the reception reflecting shimmering light off of plush Italian leather… no this is not a David Lynch film, this is indeed your Hostel. City Lounge is Riga’s newest traveler haunt and it is dressed up and ready to serve. The rooms are pimped out & city themed plus you have the choice of several dorms and doubles (for you randy couples out there, Bora Bora beckons…). But no matter how nice your room may be, the hypnotic lounge (with fusball, widescreen tv, dvds and video games galore) will be your nest until you disappear into Riga’s nightlife spree – and the fire, it walk with thee.
