For me, this is Santiago's best bar. Relaxed and fun atmosphere, fairly grown-up crowd and great music. Loads of (good) tunes you've not heard for years, if ever. Stands head and shoulders above pretty much all of the reggaeton-inspired crap that mires Santiago's nightlife. Best for a night out with a group of friends or with a special someone, not the best place to go on the pull. Apparently the food here is also excellent (not tried it myself) and it works as a high-end restaurant before it is transformed to a bar by night. Has a great rooftop terrace which is a great place to spend a summer's evening with a classic pisco sour or two.
