Pacha
- Ibiza's first nightclub, Pacha opened in 1973 (six years after the original Pacha opened in Sitges in 1967) and has since become an institution. Attracting a cooler crowd than the likes of Privilege, Es Paradis and Eden, Pacha is the only club on the island that stays open in winter, thanks to the fact that locals actually flock here as well as tourists. There are five areas in total, with the main arena home hosting all the usual suspects - Tong, Morillo, Sanchez, Guetta etc etc, and the sensational roof top terrace offering those who've overdone it a bit a chance to feel the cool Mediterranean air on their skin. Glamour, soul, charisma, authenticity - Pacha rarely disappoints. The one caveat is the management poison the tap water, meaning pillheads should prepare to blow fifty euros on bottles of H2O alone.
