Oh dear. The chef sure can cook, but in order to enjoy his talents, you are going to have to overcome your animal instincts, namely:
- avoid eye contact with the waiter hanging around outside like a Communist minder about to give you an "official" history of Tiananmen Square
- ignore the worrying absence of fellow diners
- overlook the fetching window display - horrid home snaps and marker pen descriptions of "fried pigs intestines in a chilli sauce"
- pretend you didn't see the delicious BLT and mango smoothies in the clean, friendly Pret a Manger right next door
This is going to be a tough sell. Recently opened. Soon to be closed?
